For practices with 5 or more physicians, we typically come to you, so the whole team gets an updated, consistent headshot without disrupting the schedule. Smaller teams and individual physicians are usually better served coming into our Santa Ana studio.
Stay consistent with your practice: if your colleagues wear lab coats, wear yours; if scrubs are standard, bring those. Whatever your practice’s look, bring at least one additional outfit (business attire works well) for extra variety across platforms. Make sure your coat or scrubs are wrinkle-free.

Uniform headshots: Having consistent team headshots with the same backdrop creates a strong brand image for your clinic.
You can decide with your team what the dress guidelines are, and we can help you decide on which backdrop will work best.
Choose at least 2 outfits: To add some extra personality to your headshots, we highly recommend bringing at least 2 outfits.
One of the outfits should have the physician wearing their lab coat or scrubs and the second can be the doctor wearing business attire.
Don’t forget to update your headshots: No matter what field of work you are in, if you are working with people on a regular basis, it’s important to have headshots that are up to date.
If your headshot is over two years old, then it’s time to update your headshot.
