Things like your logo, tagline, and website form the building blocks of your brand’s personality, but nothing more effectively communicates your personal brand than your brand portrait.
It’s not only about creating a “pretty picture”. The key to better business portraits is good studio light, a nice neutral background, and a great photographer who can bring fun into the studio while also making the subject comfortable.
We are here to help you create a portrait that represents authenticity, professionalism, and the uniqueness of your brand in the way you would like to be perceived by your clients. We always photograph you with the end result in mind. We work together to make portraits that will leave a lasting impression on your clients.
What is the Difference Between a Business Headshot and a Portrait?
While both should shed light on your professionalism, a business headshot typically focuses on the face and shoulders of the subject, providing a straightforward image convenient for LinkedIn profiles, websites, and corporate documents.
It’s a brief but efficient representation of the individual.
On the other hand, a business portrait offers more detail to the subject, often including the subject’s upper body or full figure.
It shows a deeper sense of personality and character, making it suitable for branding, marketing materials, and CEO or executive usage.
Portraits may incorporate elements of the subject’s environment or reflect their profession or personality more than professional headshots.
We offer both professional services at our studio and believe in the efficiency of having both at your disposal.
We ensure that whether it is a professional headshot or a portrait, you look confident and seem ready to take on the world.
The Branding Photography Experience
We provide the full WASIO experience when it comes to a branding and corporate portrait session.
First, you will communicate with us about any and all details to create the best business portrait for you and your company, we will deliver any tips about the background, what to wear in terms of clothing, and the overall focus of what makes a quality portrait.
On top of having a variety of backgrounds in many colors and textures, we also offer props like chairs, tables, and more.
You are also welcome to take advantage of being pampered by our in-studio makeup artist and hairstylist.
Once you have your look, we will work together with our expertise in facial coaching and body positioning to ensure you have fun while also representing the professionalism your brand is looking for.
After the session, we talk about which photos best portray what you are looking for in terms of aesthetic, emotional appeal, and overall look.
From there, we look through the gallery of images taken and make selections.
Once you have your pictures, they come with usage rights so that you can use them for your company website, LinkedIn profile, or any marketing and career needs.
Brand personality helps you engage customers on an emotional level.
By doing it effectively, you will have the upper edge, seeing as people make purchase decisions on an emotional basis and then share those decisions with rationalization.
