SETUP – We can setup our WASIO portable studio in your office space within 30 minutes. All we require is a 12’x12’ open area to set up our camera, lighting, backdrop and computer equipment.
SPACE – We highly recommend selecting a space that has a more quiet environment. Part of the headshot experience is our genuine facial coaching. An area with less foot traffic is ideal to have the interaction and connection with the person being photographed. Also, most of the time, people don’t enjoy being looked at by their peers while being photographed.
FACIAL COACHING – Using years of our professional expertise we coach each individual into the perfect expression.
PHOTO SELECTION – There is an option for your team members to select their headshots live while we are photographing. This makes the photo delivery process much faster and smoother. The selection process takes from 5 to 15 minutes per person.
RETOUCHING – Once all the photo selections are made, all the selected images go through additional editing and retouching services to ensure a consistent and cohesive look. Optional detail retouching is also available.
DELIVERY – Final images are delivered electronically in 4 different resolutions. We can deliver the photos in any resolution requested. The final images are delivered within 2 weeks.

We will actually bring all our professional camera, lighting, and computer equipment that we use in our studio.
You will get the same professional results we produce in our studio.
We will need 30-45 min to set up. Optimal space size is 12×12 open space to set up our studio. If necessary we can set up our studio in smaller spaces as well.
If you have fewer that 5 people to be photographed, it may be more cost efficient to come to our Irvine studio.
Of course, if you prefer we can come for even one person to your office.
We do everything to make the whole experience easy and efficient.
All booking, contract and payments are done online electronically.
We always respond within 24 hrs or less.
When we photograph each person, they review their photos right away on our iPads and make the selection.
Once we photograph your team, you will receive the photos within 2 weeks.
